SUMMER 2017 TRAINING CAMP – WEDNESDAY APRIL 19, 2017

First floor time is this week:

Wednesday April 19, 2017
8:00-10:00 at Kinsmen

The plan is again to play some informal pickup for the first two weeks (no refs), to get warmed up and see who survived the winter. So far, approx 35 players have already signed up online and at the first 2 Alibi registrations – if you have registered and paid plan to play the first hour or so  – 8:00 – 9:00. Everyone else that has not registered or paid yet, please come to the arena, 7:45-8:30 to sign up and/or pay and register for insurance coverage online and then play either 9:00-10:00 or when the first hour’s contingent start to stagger from the floor. Again, the online signup can be done easier from home – I have emailed the details to everyone that I have listed from last year – for new players contact me via the website address for more details and online insurance login info..

The pre season buzz is electric – Will the teams remain intact? Lots of new names on the registration lists already. Can Team Cinderella Princess(Lia) go for a 3-peat? Come out and lets see what happens!

Let the jogging and wheezing begin!

LONDON MASTERS 2017 – 1st REGISTRATION EVENT WEDNESDAY MARCH 22, 2017 ALIBI ROADHOUSE

And NOW….we’re really back! …Though I sense some deja vu in this registration post, as if I have seen it somewhere before…maybe a year or so ago…nah, must be my imagination. (anyway changes in red)

First registration for London 2017 Masters House League and Travel Teams will be held

House League (19-20 weeks) – $175

4, maybe 6 teams (numbers permitting), 1 hr games on Wednesdays 8:00-10:00 (maybe 11:00) at Kinsmen – starting April 19, 2017 floor conditions permitting.

Tournament Travel Team – $200

3.0 Tournaments + Provincials
Brantford – June 16 – June 18, 2017 (4 games)
Fergus – July 14– July 16, 2017 (4 games)
Niagara – August 11 – August 13, 2017 (4 games)
Provincials (ROCK Ctr Oakville) – September 8 – September 10, 2017 (4 games)

As was the case last year, EVERYONE (HL) has to register again online and on hard copy (TRAVEL)  for insurance coverage. We will have some tablets and laptops at the registration to process the online forms….BUT you can  make things easier by pre-registering at the OML website ontariomasterslacrosse.com – I will be sending out a quick email to all known addresses from last year with login details or you can email me at gglinavs at sprynet.com to get the username and password (same as last year and the year before if you remember – digital security best practises – what’s the fun in THAT!). Make sure you register for London Masters House League.  After filling in your information, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to check off the “I have read and understood this stuff” box before submitting. User interface seems to be improved a bit – every little bit helps.
