Week #8 was more of the same – Team Lia won again and Team Sharley and Team Dirka struggled for numbers….

In the early game Team Lia and Team Jacquie had a close fought battle with Team Lia scoring a last minute goal to solidify another victory – final score Team Lia 9 – Team Jacquie 7. Good game, lots of running, good passing and nice goals.

In the late game, both teams were short benched – Team Sharley was able to convince a couple of the early session runners to play again and they helped keep defibrillator use to a minimum. Team Dirka had lots of chances but was unable to capitalize consistently – final score Team Sharley 8 – Team Dirka 2.

Next is Week #9 – the end of Round #3 of the round robin schedule – Wednesday July 3, 2019 Nichols Arena

Team Sharley  vs.  Team Lia     8:00pm  –  9:00pm.

Team DIrka  vs.  Team Jackie     9:00pm  –  10:00pm.
